Today, to celebrate Earth Day, we take a step further because we know that the best way to raise awareness is by setting an example and supporting our own communities.
That's why we joined forces with Send it 4 the Sea, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental education, beach cleaning, and mangrove restoration.
Together with our employees, family members, partners, and customers we joined for a Beach Clean-Up Day at the Rickenbacker Causeway in Miami. With lots of energy and a willingness to help, we started an unforgettable morning.
In just a few hours, our team collected more than 550 lb of garbage. We also learned about the classification of garbage, and the impact it has on the environment. Which also gave us an excellent opportunity to educate our children about the importance of reduce, reuse, and recycle.
